About The Position
An Am Law 100 firm is seeking an experienced Asbestos Litigation Attorney to join its virtual office. The position primarily supports attorneys within the Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit. The ideal candidate brings strong academic credentials, community engagement, and excellent interpersonal skills. Success in this role requires sound judgment, the ability to manage multiple complex matters, and skill in articulating effective legal strategies under pressure.
Requirements
- At least two years of hands-on experience across all phases of asbestos-related litigation, including depositions, brief writing, and court appearances
- Active bar license
- Residency in South Carolina
