Requirements

Based in Poland and interested in working as a freelancer
Fluent in Polish and English
Experience in the music industry and a strong pulse on current trends
High service orientation with the ability to understand artist needs and turn them into growth opportunities
A collaborative spirit – you actively contribute ideas and support the team
Reliability, initiative, and the ability to handle diverse tasks independently
A sharp eye for detail without losing sight of the bigger picture

Nice To Haves

German is a plus
An existing network in the music industry – artists, labels, and/or DSPs

Responsibilities

Monitor and implement DSP policy changes
First point of contact for operational matters internally and externally
Oversee releases, ensure metadata accuracy, manage compliance, handle errors, coordinate platform delivery and backend administration
Investigate and resolve incoming claims efficiently and accurately across platforms
Support key accounts through meetings, strategic oversight, internal coordination, and release assistance
Guide artists and labels through the onboarding process, address questions, gather feedback, and provide hands-on support
