As a Revenue Manager, you will play a key role in analyzing and optimizing our revenue performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and actively contributing to the development of our pricing and revenue strategies. With your structured, analytical, and self-driven approach to work, you will ensure that well-informed decisions are made based on reliable data.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Revenue Management or a comparable analytical role.
  • Strong analytical skills with a high level of numerical aptitude and affinity for working with data.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in common analysis and reporting tools.
  • A structured, independent, and responsible working style with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent English language skills, additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Revenue Management & Pricing Strategy – Analyze demand patterns, market trends, and competitor performance, while developing and implementing data-driven pricing and revenue strategies.
  • Forecasting & Budget Planning – Prepare revenue forecasts, continuously monitor business performance, and derive actionable measures to achieve financial targets.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting – Evaluate relevant KPIs, prepare regular reports, and present recommendations to optimize revenue performance.
  • Distribution Channel Management – Optimize occupancy and the revenue mix across various distribution channels while ensuring consistent pricing strategies.
  • Collaboration with Internal Stakeholders – Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to maximize overall revenue generation.
  • Data Management & System Maintenance – Ensure data quality across relevant systems and continuously improve revenue management processes and tools.
