About The Position
Trinity Academy is seeking a passionate and creative part-time Art Teacher to serve middle and high school students. The ideal candidate will integrate artistic instruction with a Christ-centered worldview, fostering both creativity and character development in the classroom.
Requirements
- A personal commitment to the Christian faith and alignment with the school’s mission
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Art Education or a related field preferred
- Teaching experience at the middle or high school level is desirable
Responsibilities
- Teach five sections of art: two sections of Advanced 8th Grade Art and three sections of high school art
- Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate art curriculum
- Encourage creativity while supporting students’ artistic growth and skill development
- Integrate Christian values and biblical principles into instruction
- Maintain a positive, respectful, and orderly classroom environment
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
