About The Position
The Division of Arts and Humanities at Penn State Abington is seeking a part-time Instructor to teach undergraduate courses in Printmaking beginning August 2026. These are one semester, non-tenure track appointments with the possibility of reappointment. Candidates with a student-centered, innovative, and engaging approach to teaching are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- MFA in a relevant field is required.
- Applicants should submit a cover letter and curriculum vitae.
Nice To Haves
- Experience teaching at the college level is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Teach one or two printmaking courses per semester.
- Teach ART 40 – Introduction to Printmaking (scheduled for Tuesdays/Thursdays).
- Teach ART 240/340/440 – Beginning to Advanced Printmaking (scheduled for Tuesdays/Thursdays).
