About The Position
We are seeking an ARRT Certified Radiologic Technologist for our Cardiac Cath Lab. This position is for 36 or 48 hours per week, with a 4x10 day shift schedule (7:00 am - 5:30 pm). The role involves 7 call shifts per 4-week schedule block, which may include full weekends. The Cardiac Cath Lab is equipped with 2 rooms and performs procedures such as PCI, Impella, balloon pump, device implants, and ablations. The patient population is adult. This position requires at least 3 years of recent experience and two years of travel experience. Experience with EPIC (Cupid) charting system is required. Equipment used includes Toshiba X-Ray and Cannon equipment. Potential floating to Interventional Radiology may be required.
Requirements
- ARRT Certified Radiologic Technologist.
- 3+ years of recent experience required.
- Two years of Travel experience required.
- Interventional, Cardiac, PCI, Scrub, and EPIC experience required.
- Cath/EP Lab experience required.
- Current MA License as Radiology Tech.
- AHA ACLS certification.
Nice To Haves
- RCIS certification is not required for this role.
Responsibilities
- Scrub for device implants, lead revision, and ablations.
- Perform procedures such as PCI, Impella, balloon pump, device implant, and ablations.
- Provide care for adult patients in the Cardiac Cath Lab and EP Lab.
- Utilize EPIC (Cupid) for charting.
- Operate Toshiba X-Ray and Cannon equipment.
- Potentially float to Interventional Radiology.
