About The Position

The Army Readiness Analyst shall provide advice and assistance to the Commanders and staff on matters related to personnel policy and readiness, personnel accounting and strength accounting, awards and decorations, personnel actions and RESET programs.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum two (2) years’ experience in HR on matters related to personnel policy and readiness.
  • Possess an active Secret Security Clearance.
  • Experience with the Defense Readiness Reporting System Network Unit Status Report (NETUSR) and Force Registration software.
  • Knowledge in personnel accounting and strength accounting.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents and comprehend instructions.
  • Ability to effectively present information to management, employees, and government personnel.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form.
  • Ability to define problems, collection information and establish facts
  • Experience in developing and tracking personnel plans and programs; HR policies; and maintaining and providing suggested changes to HR regulations, policies and messages from DA, HRC, and FORSCOM

Responsibilities

  • Provide the MSS G33 Readiness Office (located at Building 5740, Screaming Eagle Boulevard, Fort Campbell, KY) with assistance on monthly in-depth analysis and staff coordination to enable validation and review of Commander’s Unit Status Reports (CUSRs) generated within NETUSR and submitted to Headquarters, Department of the Army.
  • Provide daily assistance in preparation of the monthly General Officer-level Command Readiness Briefs (CRBs).
  • Distribute readiness requirements and updates to policy as directed
  • Collect and compile readiness data from 101st Airborne Division and tenant units.
  • Work closely with 101st Airborne Division and Fort Campbell Installation Readiness teams to facilitate required training on unit readiness reporting processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Abide by security protocols for using both secure and non-secure communications networks and official internet accounts and requires courier orders to ensure proper handling of classified documents, files and devices up to Secret level and discussion of future operations, limited to a need-to-know basis.
  • Provide expertise with Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNET) databases and key documents such as deployment orders (DEPORDs) and FORSCOM Patch Charts. Access to SIPRNET may only occur at Government facilities.
  • Assist with UIC and DUIC management for all 101st Airborne Division and tenant units.
