About The Position

INFINISOURCE CONSULTING SOLUTIONS (ICS) is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. ICS is a 150+ employee government contractor specializing in Management Consulting, Information Technology, and Professional Services to the federal government. They tailor their services to meet the specific needs of their civilian, defense, and private-industry sponsors. Their corporate support processes are ISO 9001 certified. The Project Manager will provide project management services for an Army ID Identification program, requiring prior Army experience. The role involves liaison between contractor personnel and the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), responsibility for administrative matters, ensuring proper methodology and procedures are followed, and providing management and oversight of assigned contractors. The individual will also meet monthly with the COR and provide monthly reports of contractor activity.

Requirements

• Must have prior Army experience.
• At least three (3) years operational experience processing identification issuance requests and issuing identification badges for building and system access.
• Familiarization with DoD ID Card issuance policies and procedures.
• Experience training others on the proper use of the identification issuance systems or other DoD IT Systems.
• Must have at least five (5) years’ experience as a Project Manager OR no degree but at least ten (10) years’ experience in project management involving multi-disciplinary efforts.
• Must have prior FBI consulting experience.
• Must have master's degree

Responsibilities

• Provides management and oversite of all contractors assigned to the requirement.
• Meets monthly with COR.
