About The Position

InfiniSource Consulting Solutions (ICS) is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. ICS is a government contractor specializing in Management Consulting, Information Technology, and Professional Services to the federal government. The Project Manager will provide project management services for the FBI's Identification program, requiring prior FBI experience. The role involves managing contractor personnel, ensuring adherence to task order requirements, and overseeing all assigned contractors. The Project Manager will also serve as the liaison between contractor personnel and the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), meeting with the COR monthly and providing monthly reports on contractor activity.

Requirements

• Must have prior FBI experience.
• At least three (3) years operational experience processing identification issuance requests and issuing identification badges for building and system access.
• Familiarization with DoD ID Card issuance policies and procedures.
• Experience training others on the proper use of the identification issuance systems or other DoD IT Systems.
• Must have at least five (5) years’ experience as a Project Manager OR no degree but at least ten (10) years’ experience in project management involving multi-disciplinary efforts.
• Must have prior FBI consulting experience.
• Must have master's degree

Responsibilities

• Liaison between the contractor personnel and the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
• Responsible for all administrative matters and ensures proper methodology and procedures are followed to meet requirements in task order.
• Provides management and oversite of all contractors assigned to the requirement.
• Meets monthly with COR.
• Provides monthly report of contractor activity.
