About The Position

REI Systems is seeking a high-velocity Capture Manager / Director to lead short-cycle capture efforts supporting Army AOS technology challenges, as well as other non-traditional acquisition captures within the Department of Defense (DoD). This role is purpose-built for an accelerated capture environment where timelines are compressed, requirements may be evolving, and success depends on rapid decision-making, technical fluency, and close customer engagement. • Experience with compressed acquisition timelines (30–60 days or less)
  • Knowledge of OTAs, CSOs, and alternative acquisition pathways
  • Army or DoD innovation organization experience
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a clearance is preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Direct Army / SOCOM Rapid Acquisition experience
