About The Position

Walden Security is hiring a part-time Armed Security Officer in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. The officer protects clients’ industrial or commercial property against fire, vandalism, and illegal entry. Clients include office buildings, luxury residential properties, distilleries, Fortune 500 companies, financial institutions, telecommunications businesses, manufacturing and industrial facilities, hospitals, and other organizations. The available schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, from 0700 to 1700, for a total of 30 hours per week. The position offers initial training toward Security Officer Certification and opportunities for professional development and career growth.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 21 years of age.
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
At least 6 months of previous security guard experience.
