Requirements

Must be currently licensed as an Armed Security Guard in Arkansas.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience (experience required only for ARMED Roles).
Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
1 year of customer service experience.
Must have previous Armed Security experience.

Responsibilities

Help maintain a safe and secure environment for clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations.
Preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.
Be vigilant by seeing, hearing, and evaluating to be aware of potential risks or incidents on customers' premises.
Actively safeguard the premises, including, at times, patrolling a variety of locations.
Provide customer service and information to a client's employees and customers.
Serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Convenience Store truck stops, Travel Centers, Warehouses, and Truck yards.
