About The Position

Join an essential company to serve and protect the buildings and facilities in your community. For the most part, you’ll be patrolling buildings, facilities, or work sites, investigating and reporting hazards or suspicious circumstances, securing doors and windows, enforcing rules and regulations, and responding to alarms.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years old
• Must be able to speak English
• Must possess a VALID concealed carry license within the State of Iowa
• Must own/purchase their own company approved duty weapon
• Comfortable and physically capable of handling a firearm and completing Defensive Tactics (PPCT), First Aid CPR/AED, MOAB, or other assigned training
• A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required
• Be able to meet physical requirements including walking and patrolling, climbing stairs, and performing CPR

Nice To Haves

• Previous Armed (2 years) Security, Law Enforcement, Military Experience preferred
