Requirements
- Minimum three years law enforcement, corrections or active military armed experience.
- Valid CT Security Officer License (Guard Card).
- CT ARMED CREDENTIALS (CARRY PERMIT AND BLUE CARD).
- Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
- High school diploma or Transcripts.
- Must be able to successfully pass ALL pre-employment screenings.
- Customer Service Experience welcomed.
Responsibilities
- Provide armed security services.
- Adhere to core values of United Security, Inc. (People, Integrity, Development and Community).

- Work Monday-Friday, Days.
Benefits
- HIRING BONUS: $400 paid out over 6 months.
- 20 Days of Paid Time Off Accrual. Increases to 22 days 9/1/2027 and to 25 days 9/1/2028.
- Remaining balance paid out to officer at the end of calendar year, dollar for dollar. Never "Use it or Lose it".
