About The Position

As an Armed Security Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location in Fort Worth, Texas, you will help safeguard clients by conducting routine armed patrols, maintaining a visible presence, and responding professionally to evolving situations. The driving role combines customer service, clear communication, integrity, and support for a mission-focused environment. The position is full-time and pays $27.32 per hour. The listed schedule is Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Requirements

• At least two years of security-related experience.
• At least three years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience, or a college degree.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Valid driver’s license, as required under Allied Universal driver policy for this driving position.
• Level III Armed Certification in Texas.
• At least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of a background investigation, subject to applicable laws.
• Successful completion of a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet applicable state and/or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, and document activities according to site requirements.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the business, perimeter, access points, and parking areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access control points, verify authorized entry, and report unusual conditions or unauthorized access attempts.
• Maintain required armed officer credentials and follow applicable procedures for assigned equipment, communications, and incident reporting.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
