About The Position

Allied Universal is Currently Hiring a Part Time Armed Security Officer for State Site in Chelsea MA. Saturday and Sunday 11 PM - 7 AM. Starting Pay is $25.32 Per Hour. Candidate is Required to Have a Concealed Carry Permit and 1+ Years of Previous Related Experience. Requirements

• A Concealed Carry Weapons Permit is required.
• Be at least 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ Years of Previous Related Experience.

Nice To Haves

• Pepper Spray Certification is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• An Armed Guard Card/License is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following site-specific protocols and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by site.
• Monitor and patrol assigned areas.
• Maintain a visible presence to help discourage security-related incidents.
• Support daily operations through strong customer service and communication.
