About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Tactical Security Officer for a manufacturing site in Marion, Arkansas. This full-time position is scheduled Thursday through Monday, 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., for 40 hours per week, at $21.00 per hour. The role requires physical activity throughout the shift, including standing, walking, and patrolling. The officer will help protect people and property by monitoring sensitive areas, controlling access, responding to incidents, and documenting actions taken.

Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended. GardaWorld provides a uniform at no cost and describes opportunities for career growth.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Must pass an extensive screening process, including a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment is extended.
• Must be able to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Must have security, military, or law enforcement experience; no exceptions.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a state license if required.

Nice To Haves

• First aid certification is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to identify suspicious activity.
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas.
• React quickly to threats or incidents.
• Check that alarms and cameras are functioning properly.
• Document incidents and actions taken.
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks.
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
