About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Tactical Security Officer for a manufacturing role in Marion, Arkansas. The officer patrols sensitive areas, identifies and responds to suspicious activity and threats, and helps protect people and property. The position requires physical mobility throughout the shift, including standing and walking, and involves verifying identities, controlling access, checking alarms and cameras, documenting incidents, responding to alarms, and working with law enforcement during serious incidents.

The schedule is full-time, Thursday through Monday, from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. (40 hours per week), at $21.00 per hour. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Be able to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Have security, military, or law enforcement experience.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Hold a state license if required.

Nice To Haves

• First aid certification is an asset.

Responsibilities
