About The Position
OPS Security Group is hiring professional Enhanced Security Officers for a people-focused security role. This position is ideal for individuals with security, military, law enforcement, or high-contact customer service experience who can remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
Requirements
- Valid PA Act 235 Certification
- 3+ years of Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience
- 3+ years of Customer Service experience
- Strong communication and de-escalation skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand and patrol for extended periods
- Pass PAT: 100-meter run in 66 seconds or less, 30 push-ups, 26 sit-ups
Nice To Haves
- Armed Security experience
- Military or Law Enforcement background
- Healthcare, shelter, or behavioral health experience
