About The Position

The Armed Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring cameras, patrolling a variety of locations, security screening, completing reports, and working directly with law enforcement. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Armed Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers and serve as a physical deterrent. Requirements

21 years of age or older
High School Diploma or GED required
Above average computer / technology skills needed
Impeccable customer service and team leadership skills needed
Must be able to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift
Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation
All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation
2 years of armed experience
Must pass pre-hire testing assignment and shooting qualification
Must have a reliable personal vehicle
Must have the legal right to work in the United States
Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English
Must be able to provide the office with a reliable phone number where the officer can be reached at all times (i.e. cellular)
Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic
Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communication

Occasional reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling
