Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help discourage incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support a caring culture built on teamwork, integrity, and reliability while bringing an agile, innovative approach to daily security-related responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Have at least 2 years of law enforcement, military police, and/or corrections experience.
  • Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
  • Possess an Armed Guard Card and/or License.
  • Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or local authorities as appropriate.
  • Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
  • Monitor access points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or security-related concerns according to site protocols.
  • Support incident reporting, post orders, and shift handoff communication while maintaining professional presence and readiness in a fast-paced industrial environment.
