About The Position

Black Cube Security is seeking a reliable and professional Armed Security Guard for a weekend assignment in Fresno, California. The guard will maintain a professional security presence, protect the assigned property, follow site procedures, and interact respectfully with employees, visitors, and clients. The schedule is Saturday and Sunday from 8 AM to 4 PM, and availability for both days is required. Black Cube Security provides private security services, including personal accompaniment, monitoring and control of important persons, shipment and goods escort, property protection, and crowd control. Requirements

Active California BSIS Guard Card.
Active California BSIS Exposed Firearms Permit associated with the guard registration and authorizing the caliber carried on duty.
Current required training and firearm qualifications.
Reliable transportation and consistent punctual attendance.
Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
Ability to remain attentive, exercise sound judgment, and perform assigned patrol duties.
Availability to work Saturday and Sunday from 8 AM to 4 PM; availability for both days is required.

Nice To Haves

Previous armed security experience.
Experience with access control, incident reporting, and customer service.

Responsibilities

Patrol the assigned property and monitor access points.
Identify and report suspicious activity, security concerns, and safety hazards.
Follow site post orders and company procedures.
Respond to incidents using sound judgment and appropriate de-escalation techniques.
Contact emergency services when necessary and promptly notify management.
Prepare clear and accurate daily activity logs and incident reports.
Handle firearms safely and comply with applicable laws and company policies.
