Requirements

• Valid BSIS Guard Card (required).
• Valid BSIS Exposed Firearm Permit (required).
• Minimum 3 years of armed security experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong observational and communication skills.
• Ability to remain professional and composed in all situations.
• Must be able to commute to Indio, CA.
• Must be willing to relocate prior to the start date if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to clients, customers, and visitors.
• Monitor, patrol, and inspect facilities to ensure a safe environment.
• Enforce site rules, regulations, and company policies.
• Respond to incidents, gather information, and complete detailed reports.
• Coordinate with emergency personnel when necessary.
• Carry out assigned duties from supervisors and client instructions.
