About The Position

Citiguard is hiring an Armed Security Guard to help protect its clients and community. The company combines a skilled workforce with modern technology and is an equal opportunity employer. This is a full-time, in-person role in Downtown Los Angeles, California, with an overnight/graveyard shift. The pay rate is $24 per hour, and work hours will be discussed during the interview process. The employee must relocate to Downtown Los Angeles before starting work.

Requirements

• Valid BSIS Guard Card.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Minimum of 4 years of security experience.
• Exposed Firearm Permit required.
• Ability to relocate to Downtown Los Angeles, California, before starting work.
• Availability for an overnight shift.

Nice To Haves

• Handcuffs certification.
• Pepper Spray Certification.
• Baton Permit.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to clients and customers.
• Perform tasks assigned by the client or supervisors.
• Monitor, maintain, and inspect facilities.
• Enforce rules and regulations in accordance with company policy.
• Respond to incidents, gather information, and complete accurate documentation.
• Request emergency personnel in high-risk situations when necessary.
