About The Position

KRE Security is seeking a motivated and dependable Armed Security Field Supervisor to lead their growing operations team. The position is primarily field-based out of Hamburg, PA, with occasional travel to Harrisburg depending on company and client needs. The schedule operates as a swing shift, meaning hours may transition between first and second shift to support operations. Requirements

• Previous security experience
• ACT 235 certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
• Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to operational needs

Nice To Haves

• Supervisory or leadership experience
• Law enforcement or military background

Responsibilities

• Lead and support security officers across multiple client sites
• Conduct site visits to ensure quality, coverage, and compliance
• Train, coach, and mentor team members for success
• Prepare accurate daily reports and incident documentation
• Serve as a key link between field staff and management
• Respond to incidents and help resolve on-site challenges
