About The Position
Pac-Tac Protective Solutions is hiring Armed Guards for retail locations. The role provides a safe and welcoming environment for customers, associates, and visitors while protecting company assets. Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional security appearance.
- Engage with customers and employees in a friendly, approachable manner.
- Use verbal de-escalation techniques to resolve conflicts and disruptive behavior.
- Assist customers with directions, store information, and general inquiries.
- Monitor store activity to identify and deter theft, fraud, safety hazards, and policy violations.
- Conduct interior and exterior patrols of the store and parking areas.
- Respond to emergencies, disturbances, and security incidents while prioritizing everyone's safety.
- Prepare accurate incident, activity, and investigative reports.
- Coordinate with store management, law enforcement, and emergency responders when necessary.
- Enforce company policies and procedures professionally and respectfully.
- Maintain firearm proficiency, licensing, and training standards in compliance with state regulations.
