The Armored Truck Driver/Messenger role involves the safe and efficient transportation of valuables. This position requires comfort with heavy lifting and professional interaction with customers to maintain high service standards. Employees are responsible for issuing and receiving confirmation receipts for transfers. Safety and security are paramount, requiring adherence to high driver safety standards in all weather conditions and vigilance for customers, colleagues, and the community. All positions are armed, necessitating the acquisition and maintenance of required licenses for the area.

Requirements

• 21 years of age or older
• Valid and clean driver’s license
• Have or be able to obtain and maintain active guard and firearm permits or licenses on a current basis as required by state regulations
• Strong customer service skills
• Can communicate effectively in person and by radio
• Willing to operate large vehicles in all weather and traffic conditions
• Heavy lifting required (50lbs+)

• Act in a professional manner and interact with customers to develop rapport that meets high standards of customer service
• Issue and receive confirmation receipts to verify each transfer
• Follow the highest levels of driver safety in all weather conditions
• Be vigilant in all areas for customers, colleagues, and the community
