The Armed Driver/Messenger role involves the safe and efficient transportation of valuables. This position requires individuals to be comfortable with heavy lifting and to interact professionally with customers, maintaining high standards of customer service. Key responsibilities include issuing and receiving confirmation receipts for transfers. Safety and security are paramount, requiring adherence to the highest levels of driver safety in all weather conditions and constant vigilance for the protection of customers, colleagues, and the community. All positions are armed, necessitating the acquisition and maintenance of all required state licenses and permits for an armored truck driver/messenger.

Requirements

21 years of age or older
Valid and clean driver’s license
Have or be able to obtain and maintain active guard and firearm permits or licenses on a current basis as required by state regulations
Strong customer service skills
Can communicate effectively in person and by radio
Willing to operate large vehicles in all weather and traffic conditions
Heavy lifting required (50lbs+)
