This position as an armored truck Driver/Messenger is ideal for individuals over 21 who thrive in a fast-paced environment and seek new challenges. The role involves the safe and efficient transportation of valuables, requiring comfort with heavy lifting. Professional conduct and strong customer interaction skills are essential for building rapport and meeting high customer service standards. Responsibilities also include issuing and receiving confirmation receipts for transfers. Safety and security are paramount, demanding adherence to the highest levels of driver safety in all weather conditions and constant vigilance for the protection of customers, colleagues, and the community. All positions are armed, necessitating the acquisition and maintenance of all required state licenses for an armored truck driver/messenger.
Requirements
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid and clean driver’s license
- Have or be able to obtain and maintain active guard and firearm permits or licenses on a current basis as required by state regulations
- Strong customer service skills
- Can communicate effectively in person and by radio
- Are willing to operate large vehicles in all weather and traffic conditions
- Heavy lifting required (50lbs+)
