Requirements
- Considerable experience in monitoring, maintaining and repairing ice and equipment used within ice arenas or similar environments.
- Graduation from a recognized post-secondary institution with a 4th Class Power Engineering certificate.
- Sufficient qualifications as determined by assessment.
Responsibilities
- Repairs, maintains and monitors the refrigeration plant, arena, and building systems.
- Performs ice, facility and equipment maintenance.
- Interacts with the public.
- Serves as the authority in the building on assigned shifts.
