About The Position

All City Management Services is seeking an Area Supervisor to lead and support its School Crossing Guard program in Temple City and San Gabriel, California. This hands-on leadership position combines employee support, community engagement, and field operations to help ensure students travel safely to and from school.

This seasonal, part-time position follows the local school calendar and is scheduled for approximately 5.5 hours per school day. There are no scheduled hours during weekends, school holidays, teacher workdays, or summer break. Compensation is $22.50 per hour, with mileage reimbursement, a company cell phone and tablet, and eligibility for a year-end bonus. Applicants living in or near San Gabriel or Temple City are preferred because of the response times associated with the position.

Requirements

• Leadership experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Comfort using smartphones, email, and technology.
• Reliable transportation and current automobile insurance.
• Ability to lift approximately 20 pounds.
• Ability to successfully complete all required background screening.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and coach School Crossing Guards.
• Provide daily support and field supervision.
• Conduct site visits, safety observations, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate staffing and schedules.
• Step in as a School Crossing Guard when operational needs require.
• Complete payroll and administrative reporting.
• Maintain uniforms, equipment, and program supplies.
