About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Area Supervisor to oversee janitorial operations across multiple client locations throughout Orange County. The Area Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining high service standards, supporting site teams, building strong client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence across assigned accounts.

Requirements

Previous supervisory or management experience in the janitorial, commercial cleaning, facilities, or service industry preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple locations and priorities effectively.
Professional demeanor and strong customer-service orientation.
Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
Must be a US Citizen
Ability to work Monday through Friday with occasional weekend requirements.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations at multiple client locations throughout Orange County.
Supervise, support, and develop site-level employees
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with company and client standards.
Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients and respond promptly to service needs.
Address employee and operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
Assist with staffing, scheduling, training, and employee performance.
Ensure appropriate staffing levels and coverage across assigned locations.
Monitor supplies, equipment, and overall site conditions.
Communicate regularly with management regarding account performance, staffing, and operational needs.
Support new account transitions and implementation of company procedures.
Travel between assigned client locations throughout Orange County.
