About The Position
The Area Supervisor is responsible for overseeing janitorial operations at multiple client locations within an assigned territory. This position ensures sites maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, quality, and customer service while managing frontline employees, scheduling, training, and operational performance. The Area Supervisor serves as the primary point of contact for customers and works closely with management to support operational goals and contract compliance.
Requirements
- Experience in janitorial services or a related field.
- Experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Ability to manage employees, schedules, and training.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Understanding of cleanliness, safety, and quality standards.
- Ability to work with management to achieve operational goals.
- Contract compliance knowledge.
