The Area Service Manager is responsible for the management of onboarding of Commercial and Treasury Management customers for a large, multi-region area. As a Senior Manager, directs the overall day to day activities and ensures timeliness and accuracy of onboardings within their sites, as well as the completion of customer service requests through multiple teams and subordinate managers. Takes personal ownership of complex or high visibility onboardings or issues; confers with Senior Leadership for their input as needed. Strives to drive the teams to deepen relationships with customers and Huntington colleagues through delivering a high quality and extraordinary service experience. Responsibilities are approached with a significant emphasis on cross-sell to identify and manage opportunities, coordinating these efforts through team managers. Continually challenges the teams to review the portfolio of customers to improve client experience Leads special projects as requested by Senior Leadership partners. Organizes workflow for designated group and / or projects. Responsible for the development, training and supervision of staff. Partners with the Sales team on site to present a local team partnership to the customers. Acts as a liaison with other departments and/or divisions. Provides directions in the establishment of new policies, procedures and technology. Monitors, analyzes and reports on the area productivity to senior management. Prepares, monitors, controls and reports on the area's performance including adherence to SLAs Performs other duties as assigned.
