About The Position

Stanley Martin Homes is seeking an Area Service Manager (ASM) to manage warranty requests and lead the quality improvement process for assigned communities. The ASM will be the on-site leader responsible for conducting quality walks and warranty inspections, ensuring the completion of all warrantable related work, including emergency requests, and managing vendor payments. A significant portion of the role involves ensuring trade partners fulfill scheduled tasks in a timely manner and according to quality standards.

Requirements

Experienced in residential construction or property maintenance.
