Responsibilities include performing on-site reviews, managing the contract process for accuracy and timeliness, enforcing company policies, and ensuring compliance with pricing and sales release guidelines. The ASM also coordinates change orders and special option requests, confirms neighborhood incentives and CMA updates, and maintains knowledge of the competitive market to suggest strategies for customer base growth. Additionally, the role involves assisting with new community openings and closings, providing input on advertising and marketing needs, confirming community signage and branding, and championing Realtor outreach campaigns.
