About The Position

Join the Titan Machinery team as an Area Sales Manager where you will oversee the equipment and attachment sales business within the assigned area, foster proactive relationships with equipment manufacturing partners, and collaborate closely with Titan managers and sales teams. This pivotal role focuses on achieving financial success and delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring our sales teams excel in meeting their business metrics and goals.

Requirements

  • 2+ years related experience and/or related military experience
  • Ability to do same day travel up to 75% with occasional overnight travel and work flexible hours
  • Understanding of the key business drivers for our customers
  • Demonstrated strong leadership skills including personal integrity, character, and the ability to build/lead a team of experts to consistently achieve results

Responsibilities

  • Supervise all aspects of the assigned area's equipment sales business, ensuring alignment with financial targets and customer satisfaction goals
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing Sales Team, setting and managing performance goals to drive individual and team success
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers and equipment manufacturing partners, manage key accounts, and identify new business opportunities to foster growth and profitability
