About The Position

The Area Sales Manager helps Clicklease drive revenue growth by developing and managing partner relationships within a defined territory. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-activity, relationship-driven sales environment and enjoys building strong partner relationships primarily through phone, video, and virtual communication while also being comfortable meeting partners in person when needed. The ideal candidate is energized by outbound engagement, proactive follow-up, and managing a high volume of partner interactions across multiple communication channels. Success in this role is driven by consistent phone outreach, virtual partner engagement, and relationship management, with in-person meetings used strategically to strengthen key partnerships and drive territory growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B or B2C sales
  • Experience managing client or partner relationships
  • Strong phone presence and confidence conducting sales conversations in a high-volume outbound environment
  • Experience delivering presentations or product demonstrations
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Ability to travel up to 25% or as needed
  • Experience working toward sales quotas or revenue targets

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with partners within your assigned territory
  • Drive consistent outbound partner engagement through phone calls, video meetings, email, and strategic follow-up activities
  • Build strong remote relationships with partners by maintaining high responsiveness and frequent communication touchpoints
  • Expand Clicklease’s presence within existing partner accounts by identifying and activating new growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful partner onboarding and ongoing support
  • Execute territory strategies to drive sales performance and partner engagement
  • Maintain pipeline activity and performance tracking in Salesforce
  • Deliver product presentations, demos, and trainings (virtual and in-person)
  • Travel up to 25% or as needed for in-person meetings and territory development
