As the Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading efforts to meet or exceed company goals for profitable sales growth within a specified territory. This is a working, in-field role. The position requires travel to all branches up to 25 weeks per year and involves training the sales process to new and existing sales staff. The objective is to promote the growth of Patio Enclosures sunrooms and Stanek window products in all markets, provide leadership to General Managers in identifying sales process success and deficiencies, and work with GMs to establish sales processes that produce high-performing sales representatives. The role also supports hiring and training new sales representatives and contributes to the development of company training and education programs.
