About The Position

Jayman BUILT is seeking an Area Sales Manager to play a key role in building the early identity and anticipation of Nostalgia Townlet, a 560-acre European-inspired townlet rising above the Bow River in southeast Calgary. This is a long-term project offering 10+ years of opportunity with potential advancement within the Jayman BUILT organization. This role requires a polished teammate able to bring a unique lifestyle brand to life.

Requirements

3-5 years of residential sales experience with proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
Experience providing coaching, mentorship, or leadership within a sales environment.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills with customers and teammates.
A customer-first mindset and passion for creating outstanding homebuying experiences while respecting, maintaining the Jayman core values.
Proficiency with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
A self-motivated, goal driven personality with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Working closely with the Senior Area Sales Manager and reporting directly to the Director of Sales and Customer Experience.
Meeting with potential customers after their initial tour.
Owning the customer relationship from initial hold or agreement through to possession, including follow-ups, updates, customer meetings, and finalization.
Concierge and Ambassador/Demonstrators are responsible for registering, booking appointments, initial tours and discussion of wants/needs.
