About The Position

Jayman BUILT is seeking an Area Sales Manager to play a key role in building the early identity and anticipation of Nostalgia Townlet, a 560-acre European-inspired townlet rising above the Bow River in southeast Calgary. This is a long-term project offering 10+ years of opportunity with potential advancement within the Jayman BUILT organization. This role requires a polished teammate able to bring a unique lifestyle brand to life.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of residential sales experience with proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Experience providing coaching, mentorship, or leadership within a sales environment.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills with customers and teammates.
  • A customer-first mindset and passion for creating outstanding homebuying experiences while respecting, maintaining the Jayman core values.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
  • A self-motivated, goal driven personality with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with the Senior Area Sales Manager and reporting directly to the Director of Sales and Customer Experience.
  • Meeting with potential customers after their initial tour.
  • Owning the customer relationship from initial hold or agreement through to possession, including follow-ups, updates, customer meetings, and finalization.
  • Concierge and Ambassador/Demonstrators are responsible for registering, booking appointments, initial tours and discussion of wants/needs.
