About The Position

We are seeking a high-performing Area Sales Manager to guide and support the Neal Communities sales team. This position plays a key role in developing Sales Associates, managing sales activity across multiple communities, and ensuring strong performance against established targets and company objectives. This is an on-site position. Local candidates only, please!

Requirements

  • Current Florida Real Estate Salesperson or Broker's License
  • Two (2) years of on-site new home sales management experience with Builder / Developer
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literacy, strong leadership, and relationship skills
  • Must be well organized with strong planning abilities, good problem-solving, and strong negotiation skills

Responsibilities

  • Guide and support the Neal Communities sales team.
  • Develop Sales Associates.
  • Manage sales activity across multiple communities.
  • Ensure strong performance against established targets and company objectives.
