About The Position

You will develop your market, client relationships, and grow a recurring revenue stream. It's ideal for relationship-driven sellers ready to invest in building a business, blending sales, ownership, and community leadership. The position, known as Area Director, involves launching, growing, and leading a Real Producers publication in your local market. You will operate as a local publisher, driving revenue, building partnerships with business owners, and shaping a magazine that reflects your community. Your initial months will focus on establishing your territory and client base, after which you will grow an asset you own. This is a hybrid position, combining in-person community engagement with work performed from your home office.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• US Resident
• Ability to operate a home-based business with local community engagement

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultative meetings with local business owners to establish long-term advertising partnerships
• Build meaningful relationships within the community using a proven engagement model
• Connect local businesses with their ideal customers through your publication
• Engage with homeowners to capture authentic, community-driven content
• Manage your territory, sales pipeline, and publication operations
• Partner with N2's national team for design, production, training, and ongoing support
• Lead your publication's growth as the face of Stroll in your market
