About The Position

This is not a traditional sales role, but an opportunity to build and operate a hyperlocal magazine within your community, supported by a national company. The role involves developing your market, client relationships, and growing a recurring revenue stream. It's designed for relationship-driven sellers interested in building a business, blending sales, ownership, and community leadership. The Area Sales Director, also known as an Area Director at N2, will launch, grow, and lead a Real Producers publication in their local market. This includes operating as a local publisher, driving revenue, building partnerships with local business owners, and shaping a magazine that reflects the community. Initial months will focus on establishing the territory and client base, leading to the growth of an owned asset. This is a hybrid position combining in-person community engagement with work from a home office.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• US Resident
• Ability to operate a home-based business with local community engagement

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultative meetings with local business owners to establish long-term advertising partnerships
• Build meaningful relationships within the community using a proven engagement model
• Connect local businesses with their ideal customers through your publication
• Engage with homeowners to capture authentic, community-driven content
• Manage your territory, sales pipeline, and publication operations
• Partner with N2's national team for design, production, training, and ongoing support
• Lead your publication's growth as the face of Stroll in your market
