This role is for an Area Sales Director who will support DSD (direct store delivery) sales and Independent Distributors (IDs). The Area Sales Director will assist IDs in managing customer relationships, engaging in sales activities, expanding their customer base, identifying new market opportunities, and tracking sales data. The role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships with key accounts to ensure promotion and display execution. The Area Sales Director will use digital tools to demonstrate execution successes and growth opportunities. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with a Market Vice President and the Sales Enablement team to analyze market and territory potential for sales maximization, and to leverage consumer insights for sales strategy adjustments.

Requirements

Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical Card
Valid Driver's License and Safe Driving Record
Must be at least 21 years of age

Nice To Haves

5 years of relevant experience in general management or sales.
Experience as a sales rep, distributor, or other sales position required.
Bachelor’s degree (preferably Sales or Business Administration) or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

Support DSD (direct store delivery) sales and IDs (Independent Distributors).
Support IDs’ efforts to manage customer relationships, engage in sales activities, grow their customer base, seek new selling opportunities in the market, and track sales data.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships with key accounts.
Ensure promotion and display execution in the market.
Utilize digital tools to show execution wins and opportunities for continued growth.
Work with a Market Vice President and the Sales Enablement team to analyze market and territory opportunities to maximize sales.
Use consumer insights to adjust sales strategies.
