About The Position

VB Spine is seeking a dedicated Spine Sales Associate to support surgical teams in Greenville, SC. This role involves prepping and managing spinal instrumentation and implants, learning about spinal anatomy, imaging, and surgical techniques, and managing logistics and surgical inventory across hospital accounts. The associate will ensure successful surgical case coverage by being sharp, responsive, and detail-oriented, working closely with surgeons, hospital staff, and the team to deliver outstanding service, and representing VB Spine with professionalism, urgency, and integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree OR Associate’s degree/medical certification + 2 years of work experience
• High school diploma + 4 years of relevant work experience
• 4+ years of military service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Desire to learn quickly, work hard, and grow within a team
• Composure in high-pressure, clinical settings
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Maintain flexibility for an on-call schedule
