Reporting to the Vice President, Molecular Imaging Oncology, the Area Sales Director, Oncology (ASD) will lead the development and staffing of the area sales organization consisting of three core capabilities: managing a team of Blue Earth Diagnostics Molecular Imaging Account Managers, partnering with our manufacturing vendor’s sales team, and coordinating the strategy and tactics for key accounts (i.e., LUGPA, etc.). The ASD will partner with his/her peers on the management team and build strong relationships with the Strategic Accounts, Clinical Applications, Market Access, Marketing, and Medical Affairs teams. Candidates will be comfortable working in a small, emerging company environment and will have experience leading high-performance organizations to the accomplishment of stretch objectives in a quick-paced, patient focused culture. He/she will have the ability to set a vision, to lead change, and to lead and mentor others.
