About The Position

We are seeking a competitive, influential, and organized Area Sales & Design Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and providing exceptional design consultation services to our clients. You will work on-site at assigned Home Depot stores within a specific territory, managing relationships with Home Depot store leaders and associates. Your goal will be to leverage Home Depot employees and customer traffic to generate leads and sales. Weekend work is required.

Requirements

Availability to work standard retail hours, including weekends, holidays, and some evenings.
Proven relationship building skills.
Current valid driver's license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report.
Proven computer skills and the aptitude to learn new software.

Responsibilities

Drive sales growth and provide exceptional design consultation services to clients.
Work on-site at assigned Home Depot stores within a specific territory.
Manage relationships with Home Depot store leaders and associates.
Leverage Home Depot employees and customer traffic to generate leads and sales.
Manage a sales pipeline.
Regularly plan, coordinate, and execute lead generating events and leverage event sales.
Ensure Tuff Shed displays are presentable, clean, and maintained, and signage is updated.
Partner with Home Depot leaders providing updates on sales performance, merchandising, and displays.
