About The Position

This role is responsible for driving sales growth and providing exceptional design consultation services to clients. The specialist will work on-site at assigned Home Depot stores within a specific territory, managing relationships with Home Depot store leaders and associates, and leveraging Home Depot employees and customer traffic to generate leads and sales. Weekend work is required for this position.

Responsibilities

Work on-site at assigned Home Depot stores, including weekends, holidays, and some evenings.
Manage a sales pipeline.
Regularly plan, coordinate, and execute lead generating events and leverage event sales.
Train others and communicate product knowledge.
Partner with Home Depot leaders providing updates on sales performance, merchandising, and displays.
Ensure Tuff Shed displays are presentable, clean, and maintained; signage is updated.
