About The Position

This position is responsible for developing and securing new business opportunities for the hotel while maintaining strong client relationships and maximizing revenue through proactive sales strategies. The Area Sales Account Executive promotes hotel services, manages assigned accounts, conducts sales activities, coordinates with internal departments, and works to achieve revenue goals while representing the hotel with professionalism and exceptional service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous hotel, hotel sales, or hospitality experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations, guest service, and team leadership
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage daily operations
  • Ability to support and develop team members
  • Ability to maintain high standards of service and operational performance in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with computers and technical systems, including Microsoft Office products
  • Able to operate office equipment with speed and accuracy
  • Ability to obtain any required government or brand-specific permits, licenses, or certifications
  • Requires a motor vehicle
  • Requires a background check
