Archy is a Series B vertical SaaS solution revolutionizing the dental practice management space — giving dental providers AI agents and software that lets them do what they do best (be dentists!) while we handle the more technical sides of running their practice business. Requirements
- Must be based in the Denver area.
- Proven experience in software sales or SaaS, preferably in the dental or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of outbound sales strategies and lead-generation techniques.
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively to close deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Leverages AI tools and automation in everyday work to move faster, improve outcomes, and continuously raise the bar on how we operate.
Nice To Haves
- This is a primarily remote role with local field engagement required (approximately 2 in-person visits/drop-ins to local dental practices per month, plus occasional travel for company events or conferences).
- This role may require occasional travel for team events, customer visits, and industry conferences.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients, guide them through the sales process, and ensure a smooth transition from initial contact to deal closure.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to refine strategies, share industry insights, and manage deal stages using HubSpot CRM.
- Drive revenue by identifying and reaching out to dental practices, while also managing inbound leads to grow Archy’s client base.
- Understand clients' challenges and objections, and provide customized solutions that lead to successful deal closures.
- Keep the sales pipeline up to date by actively managing deal stages in HubSpot CRM.
- Use AI tools to move faster—improving prospecting quality, refining messaging, and increasing productivity across the sales cycle.
- Work closely with sales management to share feedback, industry trends, and best practices that will enhance our overall sales approach.
- Develop a deep understanding of Archy’s software features and benefits to deliver accurate and valuable insights to prospective clients.
